Aluminium colour coated coils for roofing

　　Aluminium colour coated coils is 0.3mm to 5mm thick. Regular alloys for roofing sheets include 3003, 3004, 3005, 5005, 5052 and 5083, known as manganese magnesium aluminium roofing sheets. Although there are 1050, 1060, 1070 and 1100 pure coated aluminium rolls, they are not suitable for roofing because of poor hardness and weather resistance.

Among various paints, fluororesin paint has strong electronegativity due to the introduction of fluorine element. The carbon-fluorine bond has strong energy and weather resistance, heat resistance, low temperature resistance, chemical resistance, and unique non-stickiness and low friction. The second type is polyester paint, which uses polyester resin as the main film-forming material. It is a multi-component paint, which is a thick paint made of polyester resin as the main film-forming material. The third is acrylic paint, a single-component self-drying weathering prepared by advanced technology based on traditional acrylic resin, long-life chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, weather-resistant pigments and fillers, weather-resistant additives, etc. This paint for aluminium colour coated coils is easy to construct and cure at room temperature. The last is epoxy paint, whose main variety is two-component paint that is composed of epoxy resin and curing agent. There are other single-component self-drying varieties, but their performance is somewhat different from that of two-component coatings. Epoxy paint film has good adhesion, corrosion resistance and wear resistance, but high brittleness (T bending difference). It is generally used in the floor paint and anti-corrosion industries. The rolled aluminum system is generally used for back paint (polyurethane foam, viscose, etc.)
