Large specifications and high performance aluminium coils usually refer to aluminium products with high surface quality, scale accuracy, layout and performance requirements. They are widely used in transportation (subway, high-speed rail, etc.), aerospace, marine vessels, packaging and other areas of national economic development and national defense construction materials.

The coloring process of aluminum coil is:

1. Pretreatment, the surface of the aluminum coil cleaning, physical and chemical methods can be used, which is conducive to complete oxidation, the composition of the oxide film will be fine. Pretreatment can also be used to deal with some mechanical equipment.

The aluminum coil roll is supposed to be put into operation at normal temperature. Suppose that the height of the aluminum coil for roofing should not be less than 10 degrees. Before the installation, check in time to ensure that the appearance without wear can be used normally. The bolt head of aluminum coil manufacturer should be sealed with water-proof material to prevent rain from rusting.

Aluminum coil processing ambient temperature should be above 7 degrees Celsius, according to the thickness of the aluminum coil processing roll system to adjust the gap, and remove the surface of the roll and the board of foreign bodies; together to check whether the two sides of the aluminum coil is stripping, if stripping, should find out the reasons and adopt measures to continue processing.
