Color Coated Aluminium-Haomei Aluminium
Add:1103 No.14 Shangwu Outer Ring Rd, New District, Zhengzhou, China.
0.24mm-3.0mm thick 3003 color coated aluminum coil covers almost all thickness ranges of 3003 colored alu coil. In most cases, the thinnest 3003 colored alu coil is 0.3mm, thicker than 0.24mm. And the thickest is below 3mm even for roofing and rain gutter. Regular width of the coil is 100mm to 1600mm. PE or PVDF is adopted based on your practical application and requirement about service life. Generally pe coated 3003 aluminum coil lasts 10 years, and PVDF 30 years.
3003 is the most popular among 3000 series of color coated aluminum coil rolls, because it’s the most cost efficient. It’s harder, more corrosion resistant and more durable than 1000 series of colored aluminum coils, but has a similar price scope to them. In addition, its tensile strength and formability is equally excellent. 3003 contains Manganese which adds to its anti-rust property. 3003 h24 color coated aluminum coil of 0.24mm-3.0mm thick is applied to roofing sheets and curtain walls, and 3003 h24/h26 is applied to rain gutters.
Haomei controls the quality of its 3003 color coated aluminium coil rolls by advanced production process and excellent color control. The continuous roller coating production equipment can better ensure the uniformity of the coating thickness. Generally, the thickness of single-coated paint is 15um, and the thickness of double-coated paint is 25um, which can better ensure color consistency. To achieve the requirement of zero chromatic aberration, we implements the process of proofing, sample sealing and production for all orders. You can either name a color on the Raul color card (Ral) or Pantone color card (PANTONE), or send a sample to us. The continuous roller coating is a dust-free workshop, and there will be no problems such as dust, particles, and foreign objects on the surface. After coating, a protective film can be applied according to user requirements, which is convenient for users to protect the surface of the color-coated aluminum coil during subsequent machining.
