The one-layer coating is 18+/-2um, two-side coating 25-28um, and back coating 5-10um. The front coating color can be customized, and the back coating is usually gray, unless you name a color.

　　1050 is the cheapest of all aluminum alloys. It contains 99.5% aluminum and 0.5% other elements, featured by good corrosion resistance, low hardness and good tensile strength. The tempers for the ceiling 1050 color coated aluminum coil include H12, H14, H16, H18, H22, H24, H26, H32, H34 etc. In other words, it can be of full hardness or the softest state. 1050 aluminum alloy is formed by adding a small amount of copper to pure aluminum. It has excellent forming characteristics, high corrosion resistance, good weldability and electrical conductivity.
